I love all the different colors hope Tracie likes them. Have you had a nice week end? I mowed today and then made some salsa. Dad cut up 6 onions for me. His knee is giving him fits so he is kind of hobbeling around. I think he went up and down a ladder one too many times... He cut down some bushes also but the sad thing is he goes back to work on Tuesday and he will be limping at this rate. I have him with ice packs on watching his Chiefs play. He looks funny laying on the couch he does not ever do that!!

It was a nice weekend. We did lots of eating out, including breakfast out two days. I stayed home and worked on these all day, and spent a brief hour at my favorite flea market. I got a few cheap old b & w photos, this little plastic carousel music box that spins around and an old coffee container that's the neat old green color with a cool graphic on the front.

I want to get the Junkmarket book. Was thinking of turning the coffee container into a planter. They have all SORTS of neat ideas about turning junk into treasures.

So many ideas and so little time right? Make a hole or two with a nail for the water to drain out..hint hint. Old coffee mugs make good planters also. Your life just keeps getting crazier. Don't forget to get your clothes ready for your big trip. You will have so much fun once you get there. Colleen said it is absolutely beautiful...let me know!!! Glad Brandon gets to go this time!!

Exactly! If only there were 7 more hours in each day.

I would love to have a bunch of old coffee mugs as planters. I recently saw a tin can with dirt and a patch of grass- it looked very simple yet very cool.

I am SO happy Bran will be able to make it. The only big trip we've ever taken was to Spearfish in 2002? Can you believe that Nov 11 2005 marks 5 years? And can you believe it only took 2 months after moving back from IC for me to find him? It used to feel like SUCH a long time passed back in the day.
